After having this tutorial I know that I definitely need to cut down my first chapter as at the moment it is quite bulky and was still going to add more. Instead Pete helped me figure out how to chop it down a bit and break down my chapters. Heres what we have decided for what the content of each chapter will now be:
Chapter 1: Define adult toys - examples of the breadth.
Chapter 2: Collecting and Hoarding - differences/similarities - weird stuff
Chapter 3 - Purposes of collecting/reasoning
Chapter 4 - Stigmas - Acceptability - Status
Somewhere talk about monomania - objectum sexualism - fetishism towards objects
Potential new title:
I will be exploring why adults feel the need to collect toys and why this activity differs from other types of collecting behaviours.
